Like so many businesses out there, Baden Contracting was born from experiences shared from others about the challenges they faced while working with contractors.

You see, my father was a self-employed contractor and a D.C. firefighter for more than 20 years, and I had the opportunity to work alongside of him in his construction business.  This spurred my passion for the industry as I heard so many people talk about challenges they had with other contractors before us.  I grew more and more intrigued about how I could change the industry and provide a higher level of service. I loved to see amazing projects finished and watch the faces of the owners as they were in awe about what it looked like when the project was done.  But if customers were complaining about service, what could I do to make it better? I set out with a goal to provide the best customer service I could and a high standard of communication with my clients.

This passion is what has driven me to continually improve on service and implement systems to make it a better experience for all.  Have we had our challenges? Absolutely.  However, when challenges happen, we make it right and use those challenges as growth by employing procedures to avoid the same issues in the future.

This strategy has been working.  Our customer service has won awards, but none of the awards can compare to the reward we get when we see the look on the face of our happy clients when they see their project complete.

Life is about the journey and we are thrilled to be in this journey and blessed for people to allow us into their journey to improve their homes.
