Having already worked in this particular client’s home last year, we were excited to have the opportunity to work with them again recently.

In 2018, our team renovated the master bathroom in this Clifton, Virginia home. This year, we turned our attention to the hallway bathroom.

Happy with the way the master bathroom remodel turned out, our client was eager to have us do the same to the hallway bathroom, giving it the refresh and updates it needed to match the new appearance of the master bath.

After planning out the renovation, our team got to work.

We managed the installation of the new bathtub fixtures and a new marble-top vanity. The vanity was given an extra dose of functionality by adding a custom drawer that fits next to the sink bowl.

This allows the wasted fake drawer that plagues so many vanities to be disposed of, and for the bathroom to gain another organization option.

Working on the shower, our team created a custom niche for the shower to create visual interest, as well as added functionality.

We installed accent tile throughout the shower to make the appearance even more custom and distinct.

And, by adding a frameless shower door, the bathroom’s entire look was transformed and updated.

To finish off the remodel, the entire hallway bathroom was repainted. After a fresh coat of paint, our team installed a custom framed vanity mirror – one that was hand-picked to match the fixtures.

When the entire bathroom remodel was done, the hallway bathroom had the same distinguished and updated look as the master bathroom.

Aside from kitchens, bathroom remodels are one of the best investments you can make in a home, giving you and your guests a retreat when you need it.

Remodeling your bathroom also entices potential buyers to make you a great offer if and when you decide to sell your home!
